Gusto the Cat and Lucy the Dog (RIP) in Weaverville

Gusto is a sleek and affectionate cat in Weaverville, North Carolina, who loves rubs and attention. I was set to petsit for her and her sister from another mother, Lucy the Dog. Unfortunately just as I was about to begin our week of playtime, Lucy passed away. She was an older dog and dearly loved by her mom. With the assistance of 4 Paws Farewell, a mobile hospice and euthanasia service, Lucy crossed the Rainbow Road with a beautiful drift into Doggy Land. Gusto, meanwhile, loved to explore all my overnight stuff and meow for treats. She ate three times a day and loved chasing long, dangly things. Her favorite place to nap was right next to me on the couch.
